Here is a herb salt which will enhance all of your meat dishes. Makes a great gift too.
Ingredients:
1 cup dried parsley flakes
1 T. dried basil leaves
1 T. dried oregano leaves
1 T. paprika
1 T. dried celery flakes
1 cup salt
V.S.P. With your blender at the lowest speed, sprinkle the parsley, basil, oregano, paprika and celery flakes into blender a little at a time. Add salt a little at a time and allow mixture to blend until the herbs as fine as the salt. Pour into shaker. Makes about 1 cup.

Seven Herb Blend Recipe
Contains seven herbs and just a little bit of salt.
Ingredients:
1 T. dried summer savory
1/4 cup dried parsley flakes
1 T. dried oregano
1 T. dried marjoram
1 T. dried thyme
1 T. dried basil
1 T. dried sage
1 T. onion salt
V.S.P. With blender set at lowest speed, drop spices into blender a little at a time and allow to blend for a few seconds after each addition. Place in an airtight container. Use 1/2 teaspoon for four servings of your favorite roast or chops. Makes about 1/3 cup.
