Herb Salt Recipe

Here is a herb salt which will enhance all of your meat dishes. Makes a great gift too.

1 cup dried parsley flakes
1 T. dried basil leaves
1 T. dried oregano leaves
1 T. paprika
1 T. dried celery flakes
1 cup salt

V.S.P. With your blender at the lowest speed, sprinkle the parsley, basil, oregano, paprika and celery flakes into blender a little at a time. Add salt a little at a time and allow mixture to blend until the herbs as fine as the salt. Pour into shaker. Makes about 1 cup.
