Aprikosenkompott - Brandied Apricot Recipe

2 28-oz. cans whole apricots
1/3 cup brandy

Step 1. Drain apricots, reserving 1/2 cup syrup.

Step 2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine apricots, reserved syrup and brandy.

Step 3. Refrigerate, covered, overnight. Serve with whipped cream and very plain cookies.
