Tomato-Lemon Aspic Recipe

This is a wonderful addition to any menu. Serves six.

1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
2-1/2 cups hot water
2 (8-oz.) cans tomato sauce
1-1/2 T. vinegar
1/2 t. salt
Dash of pepper

V.S.P. Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Pour into mold and refrigerate until set. Serve.
